As soon as you initiate a marketable relationship with us by booking our trip packages either by phone call, email, or by directly visiting our office, these terms and conditions will come into play instantaneously. Additionally, you can choose to print out our terms and conditions so that you can use them for future purposes.
Within these documents, the terms such as ‘the company’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ will indefinitely refer to ‘Holy Mountain Treks’ and its associates. Likewise, the terms like ‘customer’, ‘client’ and ‘you’ will refer to the particular individual or personnel visiting our website, booking a reservation through us, or otherwise using our services.
Booking is the first step that you can take to access our offered trip packages on our official websites. Whether it is trekking, tour, or cycling, booking plays a crucial role in formalizing a business relationship with our clients and customers who wish to go on a trip with us. Moreover, when you as a customer book any of our trip packages, you personally agree that you have clearly read and understood our terms and conditions. Hence with that, a legally binding contract will come into play to ensure that neither party does something ill-starred.
In order to make a booking, you will initially have to choose a particular trip package which you wish to go on during your holidays. After doing that, you will have to fill up our booking form with important details such as your name, address, email address, phone number, arrival date, and trip name. However, do remember to check several times before submitting the booking form as we won’t be able to reply to you back with a confirmation letter unless every detail is filled in properly as needed by us.
In addition to that, you also have to send us an advance payment of 20% of the total trip price along with the booking form. Having said that, our customers can try visiting our office directly or contact us via telephone to book our trips. You can choose any medium you want as per your convenience and preferences.
Upon receiving the booking form along with the advance payment, we will send a confirmation email and remind you that your trip has been booked. However, if you do not receive our confirmation email even after 24 hours of submitting the booking form, please contact us immidiately.

Price & Cost
Time and time again, we would like to remind our customers that the price and cost of our trip packages are something that is prone to changes. Hence, we the Holy Mountain Treks retain the full authority to change, modify and augment price tags of our trip packages on the website. Furthermore, if any changes or alterations were to take place, our clients will not be informed by any means necessary via text messages, emails or phone calls.
Here at Holy Mountain Treks, we understand that cancellation can happen due to some unanticipated events that can cause difficulty for traveling or going on a trip with us. Hence, we have established a procedure to take care of those unlooked-for situations.
For starters, our clients will have to send us a written letter about their cancellation if they think that they will not be able to make it and have to cancel their entire booked trip with us. Within the letter, you will have to highlight your specific reason for cancelation so that we can use that reason to validate and authenticate the cancelation letter.
Upon approving the cancelation, refunds to the client will be made as per the following dealings:
Cancellation before 30 days:
Cancellation within 29-7 days:
The company reserves 20 % of the trip cost
Cancellation within 6-1 days:
The company reserves 50% of the trip cost
